If you are already processing with another provider we ask that you read our guide on switching to Protx for advice on how to avoid downtime.

To use the Protx service, we do require that you have a with one of the that we work with in order to settle your payments. This is because Protx is a payment gateway only, and we do not provide merchant services at this time.

If you wish to accept payments through your website you will need to set up an internet merchant account.

If you wish to take payments over the telephone or via mail order you will need to set up a mail order/telephone order (MOTO) merchant account.
