06 September 2008 17:15:58 - We received reports of authorisation issues affecting HSBC merchants. We switched to our backup lines and transactions were being authorised as normal.

03 September 2008 16:06:21 - Due to essential maintenance, the Customer Management Services (CMS) login area, Support Forum, password retrieval pages and partner login area will be unavailable between 8.00pm and midnight tonight.
Please note that this will not affect the processing of transactions or access to VSP Admin.
